We include your message and take care of the presentation—gift wrapping is always included in the price. These aren’t just boxes. They’re feel-good moments, wrapped and ready to make someone’s day.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. We offer custom engravings and personalized touches—because the best gifts feel like they were made just for them. Whether it’s a name, date, inside joke, or meaningful phrase, we’ll help you add that extra layer of “you really nailed it.”

To customize an item, please select the customization option on the product page and enter your details before checkout. If customization isn’t listed as an option, submit a custom request and we’ll help you build something just right.

What’s the scoop on returns?

Ah, the dreaded refund policy! We have a 30-day return policy because we know that sometimes love at first sight doesn’t always last. Just make sure your item is in its original condition (like a pristine snowflake) and you’ve got your receipt handy. Remember, there’s a 10% restocking fee, so it’s like a little “thank you” for letting us have our box back!

What if my order arrived damaged?

Oh no—that’s never the experience we want you (or your gift recipient) to have. If your box arrives looking rough from the trail, snap a few photos and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review it with care and let you know the best next step—no need to climb this solo.

Are there any items I can’t return?

Yes—some items are final sale. Custom products, personalized items, personal care goods, VISA gift cards, and anything perishable or time-sensitive can’t be returned. Think of them like trail snacks: once opened or made just for you, they’re yours to keep.

Can I send items to multiple addresses in one order?

At this time, we do not offer split shipping within a single order.
If you’d like to send gifts to more than one recipient, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

🎁 Reminder for Gift Wrap Orders: If you select gift wrapping, all items in your order will be shipped together to the shipping address you provide at checkout. To send wrapped gifts to multiple people, please place separate orders for each recipient.

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is easier than pie (and who doesn’t love pie?). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that’ll let you follow your gift box’s journey like a proud parent at a school play. Just sit back, relax, and wait for the magic to arrive!

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! Our gift cards are the perfect way to let your loved ones choose their own adventure. Golden Craft Company gift cards can be redeemed on our online store.

Why are the VISA gift card add-ons more than the card value?

Some of our gift boxes include an option to add a VISA gift card. The fee includes the value of the VISA gift card and an extra fee to cover activation and our costs. It's a great way to add an extra surprise to your gift boxes.
